George Wright is a psychologist with an interest in the judgmental aspects of forecasting and decision making. Despite having researched decision making for some 20 years – and having published several books on how to make good decisions – he recently made a poor change-of-job choice. Fortunately, he was able to reverse the decision and return to his previous job. He is now less sure of the practical quality of his judgmental abilities.
